All state board kit orders have a processing time 5 business days, as they are made when ordered.
If your exam has already been scheduled and you need the order to be processed faster than the normal processing time a $65 processing fee does apply to all rushed orders. click here if you would like to add the expedited kit processing fee to your cart without calling the office. It is our pleasure to accommodate your needs!
Once you have placed your order please add our customer service email, support@stateboardprofessor.com , to your email contacts list. This will ensure you are able to receive updates concerning your order such as verification of identity,other purchase requests, tracking information, or requests for address verification if a carier cannot locate the provided address. Failure to do this can result in important updates being missed, causing a delay of your order.
We exclusively ship with the USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. All shipping rates are calculated based on the current shipping rate software. WE DO NOT CALCULATE SHIPPING COSTS. We are not responsible for third party shipping delays once packages have left our facility.
All packages are tracked and insured. When your order has shipped you will be notified via an "order update" email which will contain your order tracking information.
Local pickups are now available! All local pickup orders are subject to a minimum of 2 business days to process. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays so please order accordingly. You will be notified via phone and email once your order is completed and ready for pickup.
